Where is May going?

Hey who said May could fly by so quickly!?
I can't believe how much has happened this!
Let's give ya the run down:

After 2yrs of hard work, Taylor earned his 1st degree Black belt! Woot woot! Way to go dude!

Mother's Day came and went! Autumn and her class put together a very sweet Mother's Day poetry reading at school! Lots of poems in English and Spanish! Jason and the kiddos gave me Wii Fit too! Love it !

I was in charge of the table displays @ my Heritage Makers Las Vegas Training

I also taught a class @ our training about Successful Digi-Crops!

Lots more has happened since just this last week but my brain is fried!
I'll try to post before we lose the rest of May!

MAY it begin!

May has begun and I am counting down the days until I turn 33.
I think that it is rather funny that so many women think The "30's" are so old! I feel like me (always have) but I know that I've grown in so many ways!

Jason and I will be married 11 yrs this Friday and I love looking back at all the things that we have experience since! Time has flown but we truly have made a fabulous go of it!
So here's a photo of us then:
And here's a photo of us now:Hey we look great! A few pounds, wrinkles or gray hair may change a person physically but never spiritually. I love this guy! He's my big sweetie! He makes me laugh and makes me crazy! But he's wonderful! I love ya honey!

Easter

Just wanted to share a few things about April before it's gone.

I always seem to get a bad picture of the kids on Easter! Autumn can't stand to be outside for pictures. She has this kind of face in all of our other Easter photos as well!
Owen just loved his jellybeans! He didn't really experience Easter last year seeing that we was just barely a month old. What this photo doesn't show is him spitting out all the jellybeans like he was a machine gun. Guess he just wanted to get all the flavors out!
We colored eggs a few days before Easter. The kids didn't seem to interested in making them fancy. They were really trying to see who had the "richest" color. Fine with me; less mess to clean up after wards.
We spent a while just watching the eggs float while absorbing all the colors.

I am trying to get better @ posting more things about our crazy lives. Once a week is a great goal for me! Remind me and encourage me! I need all the help I can get!

More to come!

Pay it forward

Pay it forward...

The first 3 people to leave a comment on this post will receive a hand made gift from me during this year. When and what will be a surprise. There's a small catch though...Post this same thing on your own blog and then come back and leave a comment telling me you're in. Fun, huh?

Remember, only the first 3 comments receive the gift!

My sister Kirsten is doing this and I thought it sounded like fun and I am totally up to it.

Hurry and post something!!

What happened to February?

I truly can't believe that it's the middle of March!

So much had happened!

Taylor received his Webelo's badge, readyman pin and outdoorsman pin! He has been working very hard. When he turns 11 he will be moving to 11 yr old scouts! I can't believe he's getting so big!
I really hate this picture but I wanted to share it because I also got an unexpected award at Cub Scouts! I was awared the "On My Honor" medal and pin. I was awared this for all my hard work and efforts over the past 3 years! I cried! I'm usually the one who chooses the awards for the boys!

Autumn and Avery attended a birthday party for some close friends Taylor and Rachel Schell. Their party was held at Pattycakes. This is a fantastic place for a little girl to live out her dreams of getting dressed in a beautiful gown and have a real life tea party! They all had such a wonderful time! They have already put in their requests for their parties to be held their!

Owen had his 1st experience with the ocean and beach when I went to the Heritage Makers Regional's event in Costa Mesa! We went a day early to enjoy the California weather and we had a great afternoon on the Newport Beach! He loved the sand! Just look at that smile!

Me, Tonia Browner, Cherie Schell and Heather Diebel were just a few from my Heritage Makers team that could attend! WE had a great time together doing some girl bonding and got some fabulous training! Thanks girls for a great time!

My little Bubba Gump turned 1!!! Where did the year go? Owen Reed Leavitt was born February 28, 2008. It seems it was just yesterday we brought him home and made him part of our clan! Boy has it been fun watching him grow and become a part of the fam! He has a cute personality and sweet way about him. He is a fun baby brother who is always on the go! WE love you Owen!

Happy New Year!

I am so excited for the New Year!
I just wanted to post some of the things I've been thinking I'd like to do this year.
So here goes:

  • Finally lose some weight
  • Stay organized
  • Become a Director in my Heritage Makers Biz
  • Continue to work on my temper
  • Play more games w/ my kids
  • Remember everyone's Birthdays
  • Attend the Temple more than once a year... sad I know.
  • Travel a few new places
  • Get to know my extended family a little more
  • Continue writing my book
Trust me there's more.
I also plan on posting some pix soon.
Jason spoiled me this year. I got a FANTASTIC new camera for Christmas!
I love it! Just need to off load the 800 pix I've taken since Christmas! Augh!
Happy New Year! Don't worry about making resolutions. Just find joy in everything you do!
I love you my friends and family!

My Giants!
